Education: Thomas William Bartlett was born in West Covina, California in 1960 and was raised in Ventura, California where he attended high school. He also attended community college in Ventura before moving to Northern California to attend pre-Chiropractic college at the College of the Siskiyous. Dr. Tom as he is known, by many of his patients is a graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic. Palmer is known as the fountainhead of Chiropractic. After completing the seven year college curriculum (four in Davenport, Iowa) and a one year internship with a former President of Palmer college, Dr. Ron Frogley. Practice: Dr. Tom passed both the California state and national boards and opened his private practice of Family Chiropractic in 1986 in Moorpark,California. He practiced there for twelve years and during this time qualified as an expert witness in Superior Court on two occasions. In 1995 Tom married his wife Alicia who had lived in Paso Robles her senior year of high school before leaving for college. Having family in the area gave the Bartlett family reason to visit the central coast on a regular basis. The Bartlett¹s enjoyed the area so much they decided to move here in 1998. Dr. Tom opened an exciting new high tech motion imaging company in 1998, utilizing Video-Fluoroscopy. The service was mobile and this meant Dr. Tom was on the road more than he was home. The company was very successful but the traveling got very tiresome. Dr. Tom sold Joint Motion Imaging in the summer of 2006, and opened Spinal Solutions in January of 2007. Dr. Bartlett is very excited to be the first to bring this revolutionary treatment for back pain sufferers to our county in the form of a stand alone Decompression office, and offers all new patients a free consultation.
